CynCorp Refund and Returns Policy

At CynCorp, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality eco-friendly and sustainable products that meet or exceed their expectations. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, or you may change your mind about a purchase. That’s why we offer a refund and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a full refund or replacement, at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the damage or defect. Kindly follow the below guidelines to be eligible for a refund:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

You can also return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products on clearance or sale
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
